The report by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Oversight and Investigations also raises the concern of  “examiner hopping” (commonly known as “doctor shopping”), where a driver who fails a medical exam by one doctor can simply go and find another doctor that will certify them, with no record of the previously failed test.
